Dubai’s popularity among U.S. vacationers has grown exponentially in recent times, becoming the third most popular vacation destination among U.S. tourists, according to a new study.
The study, conducted by ParkSleepFly, is based on analysis of Google search data for flights, vacations and hotels in popular tourist destinations around the world to uncover the most popular and dynamic vacation spots for American tourists.
The tourist hub of the Middle East has recorded 400,000 Google searches for vacations, flights and hotels made in the past six months by American tourists. The data showed that there were 163,700 searches for flights, 30,400 for vacations and 252,000 for hotels by American tourists to Dubai.
Dubai tourism has grown exponentially in recent months thanks to the world’s largest exposure to Expo 2020 and the strong confidence of foreigners in the government’s successful handling of the Covid-19 pandemic.
According to the Dubai Ministry of Economy and Tourism, the emirate received 4.88 million tourists during the period January-October 2021. With the start of Expo 2020, international visitors had passed one million. in October alone. While the local hotel sector sold 9.4 million overnight stays in the first 10 months of 2021. The emirate aims to attract 25 million tourists by 2025.
According to ParkSleepFly, Dubai has become a more popular vacation destination than London, Tokyo, Moscow, Tel Aviv, Rome, Istanbul, Bangkok and others among American tourists.
Cancun is the most popular vacation city for American tourists. There have been over 600,000 searches for flights, hotels and vacations in Mexico’s capital of tourism, nightlife and culture.

In second place is Bali, a favorite travel destination for Americans in recent years. In the past six months, there have been more than 440,000 searches for vacations, flights and hotels on the Indonesian island.
Other population destinations for American tourists are Bora Bora, Panama City, Paris, Cabo San Lucas, San JosÃ©, Toronto, and Rio de Janeiro.
